    For the longest time I feared any sort of exercise, including walking because I would end-up with injuries because of my degenerative disc disease, which would result in 6 months to a year in physical therapy. i've learned that it's not about letting my mind and ego push me too far, it's about my mind regulating gradually increasing goals over a muchhhh longer period of time. I have not been to physical therapy in more than a year
