I eat a very high fat diet and low-ish carb. About 70g of fat and 165 carbs. Will this help or hurt me if I'm trying to get visible abs? What should I do? Thanks!

Visible abs are related to body fat percentage, not dietary fat intake.

Genetics and muscle mass is an important component. But def low body fat is the main factor.
  • I'm sure it's still okay, as long as you are within your calorie range. The fat is probably just used in place of carbohydrates to fuel your body. I would make sure it's healthy unsaturated plant fats you are consuming as it will do your heart a good service in the long run. By the way 70 g of fat is not much at all especially if you are bit active.
