A very high fat diet and abs?

I eat a very high fat diet and low-ish carb. About 70g of fat and 165 carbs. Will this help or hurt me if I'm trying to get visible abs? What should I do? Thanks!

Visible abs are related to body fat percentage, not dietary fat intake.0

I'm sure it's still okay, as long as you are within your calorie range. The fat is probably just used in place of carbohydrates to fuel your body. I would make sure it's healthy unsaturated plant fats you are consuming as it will do your heart a good service in the long run. By the way 70 g of fat is not much at all especially if you are bit active.0
