I was thinking of buying an indoor trainer bicycle trainer for my pedal bike that I bought this summer. Does anyone one have any pros/cons of using one of these? I don't want to spend a small fortune on one however I don't want do buy a piece of junk either.
I was looking at something like this: http://www.amazon.com/Bike-Lane-Trainer-Bicycle-Exercise/dp/B00GC2HWDS/ref=sr_1_3/176-5623556-0476152?s=sporting-goods&ie=UTF8&qid=1419698893&sr=1-3&keywords=indoor+bicycle+stand

I don't have that model but I have one similar that was abound the same price. I like mine, use it 2 to 3 times a week and it's a good workout. Nothing like riding the road through...for me it is more about a high cadence because I can't get much resistance.0
