Weight at stand still

Eleven years ago I had a gastric bypass dropped from 400lbs to 250 but when I started my new plan July 2012 I was 134.4 kilo. Today I am 184cm tall 77.3 kilo 36 years old. I do 20 minutes on elliptical machine and 20 minutes on the stair climber avg. burn 436 calories. I average net calories 850 after eating my exercise calories back. If I eat more than this I gain but now I am not budging. My goal is to get between 70 to 72 kilo. Any suggestions how to drop another 5 kilo?
