I am new here and am ready to get my butt motivated for change. I am a stay at home mim of 3 children. They keep me really busy. I have 8 acres that I keep up by myself. And it seems like im always busy. Have gained 10 lbs in past 2 months and never really lost the baby weight from when I had my son 7 years ago, then my daughter 4 years ago. I've got 40 lbs to loose. I live about an hour from dallas out in the country and stay pretty active in the summer but these cold months havent really hit yet and im already up 10 lbs... I HAVE TO DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT! I need motivation. Going to start going to the gym 3 days a week when school starts back up. And I need to start eating healthier. I need a buddy that I can exchange healthy recipes with to keep this diet thing intresting. I dont want to get bored with it. It seems like a good thing with this app and community of REAL people. Im ready for a change this new year. Happy holidays people!

Hello and welcome to MFP, I am new on here also and I am wanting to lose weight and stay healthy as does the majority on here. I do understand quite well about starting to eat healthier. I am finding this community to be a really helpful place so far and maybe keeping each other motivated and offering support can help in reaching our goals.
