    Hi Carrie Iain here from Scotland started yesterday as I've become totally overweight and unfit, I've enrolled in a local gym and swimming pool and had my gym induction yesterday started that C25k thing this morning so that's day 1 week 1 complete best luck with your journey have you set any targets? Let me know

    Hi. Do you realise there are other Swanseas in the world? ;) I lived near one in New South Wales Australia. Loved Swansea and fished there sometimes.
