Hi all,
My name is Calvin. I've rather new to this. I've never been to all these exercise weight loss thing since army. Well, OK that one was not a choice.

I decided to join a gym in June 14 and have loss weight since. Now everything's slowed down drastically. I'm still struggling to understand all the terminology and all the diet thingy.

I joined a forum for help and understanding recently but due to several promises given to me (and including several things happening) I got back into depression and gave up.

I only recently forced myself to get back on track before I waste all this weight loss and efforts.

All the friends that I hang out with tends to use me as a dependent or are just want to enjoy life eating and not care of their own weight.....so its rather difficult to share with them my struggles when they don't understand why I'm doing exercises.

Since June, I loss about 35kg and am size 32 now. I have never been less than a size 40 since 10 years old.

Sorry to drag on.......not sure what to be saying here.
