well darling you can do it for sure. don't worry about stopping. focus on starting again. when I started losing weight, I managed to lose 51lbs. then manage within 1 1/2yr to gain 83lbs. not kidding. so this time starting up was super hard and I didn't believe in myself. but I did it anyway and now I've lose 86lb and have kept it if for 1yr 6 months. so you definitely CAN do it! I did! you have to be honest with yourself first though. ask yourself: what made me quite last time? how was my eating? how was my exercise? what were the results I loved the most? how did I get to them? things like that. really get to the nitty gritty of your successes last time and build on them. my first time around I went diet pills and die hard cardio. what I didn't do the first time though was learn how to eat properly for my body. notice I didn't say how to eat "right". your body needs certain things that not everybody else's does, so while eating "right", also remember to pay attention to what your body its telling you it needs/ doesn't need. so I dropped the diet pills and starting testing food. diets were used as tools, doing them only a week or two, noting how the changes effected me, and then moving on to the next diet or program. for example, My stomach hates bread. puffs up like a muffin within 3 sandwiches a week. so I learned to sub bread whenever possible. but not always, because your body needs everything on the food pyramid. Salt and I learned the hard way we don't get along when I was testing how salt effected my body. Sugar however, as much as I don't actually care for it, is needed daily to maintain mood and weight, so I consume more sugar daily than your average weight loser and yet I've held under 110lb for 10mth. Please keep in mind I'm not finish, I plan to gain some serious muscle tone, but in regards to starting up again, please know that if you put together what you know is going to work, with the new things available to learn, you will meet and exceed your goals. so RA RA SIS BOOM BA YOU CAN DO IT HONEY!!!!!!!!! :D
