'Newbie'?!

So this is my 2nd time here.
I didn't stick with it the first time.
I'm not planning on tracking until I'm back to work after my holidays are over.

A little bit of background; I'm a 29 year old female, 5'3" with a dislike for exercise! I weigh far too much at about 14st 5 at the moment. I've struggled all my life with weight and joined Weight Watchers a few years ago. I managed to get to 12st 2 and unfortunately I've let things slip.

I will turn 30 at the end of 2015, my mum is turning 50 and my sister is getting married! I would love to look and feel better about myself.

My partner cooks dinner daily & I don't want to make too many 'demands' so looking for tips on how to manage my carb intake successfully. I'm a carb fiend. I commute an hour to work each day and find the 3pm - 6pm the most difficult time of the day as I get extremely hungry and end up stopping at petrol stations for a bag of crisps.

My weaknesses? Not drinking enough water, junk food, carbs, and not exercising enough.
