I've been wanting to try PB2 for months & have finally bought a jar! The only thing is, I don't know what to add it to aside from oatmeal!
Any ideas or tips?

I have just got my first jar too, only tried it made up and spread on toast, pleasantly surprised, think you can put it in smoothies.0

How many calories in a serving?0

I mix it with a scoop of protein powder and spread it on a banana. Super yum! Not a good replacement for real peanut butter though IMHO.0

It definitely tastes different than real pb, but it seems like a great alternative with 5g of protein and less fat!0

Yeah, I need to just get this. I can't have regular peanut butter in the house.0

I use it in Greek yogurt and oatmeal, pretty much.0

Yogurt, pancake batter, and smoothies. I also just mix it with water and spread on apples and rice cakes.0

In addition to the things others have mentioned (e.g., yogurt, apples), I like to use it in Asian peanut sauces. Really kicks the peanut flavor up a lot w/o adding tons of calories, and as a bonus tends to thicken the sauce up.
I've also added it to baked goods on occasion to tighten up batters that are too loose when I don't mind the finished goods tasting a little like peanuts (e.g., cookies, pancakes or oatcakes, etc.).
Also, I've done roasted chickpeas and tossed them in PB2 + cinnamon for a fantastic healthy treat.0 -
I like it as a dip for my apples and bananas.
It tastes really good mixed in with ice cream, believe it or not.
It can be added to some baked goods.
It makes a really good peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Why I say really good is, because if you're like me, you might like using a LOT of peanut butter. I double the serving size for mine, which makes for a really peanut butter-y sandwich, and 90 cals of peanut butter when using PB2. Granted, I use regular peanut butter when I need the extra calories.
Smoothies, too.
Tip: Use a tbsp of milk instead of water if you like it creamier.0
