Don't want to lose weight?

Has anybody ever felt like this? I'm currently at home for the holidays and everybody, I mean EVERY.DAMN.BODY has commented on my weight as soon as they have seen me. What gives? My mum described me as "exploding," my dad on Christmas day at the table in front of guests chastised me for overloading my plate and being unable to eat it (which was untrue, I served everyone else more than I served myself but I ate really quickly at the beginning as I hadn't eaten for over 24 hours then got full quickly), my cousin literally just said "OMG you've gained too much weight, look at your arms! This is really bad" even though I saw her two months ago and am the same weight. I'm just so annoyed about it. I don't even think I'm that big (5ft 4, UK size 14). My uncle asked what I was doing to lose weight and I told him nothing, I plan on staying fat. I could be sick like a thyroid problem or something, why do they feel it's ok to make such comments about me? And not just once, EVERY TIME they see me. I saw my aunt two days in a row and she commented each day. Even though I want to lose weight for myself, it makes me want to say screw everyone, I'm not going to lose weight because I don't want it to seem like I did it because of them. I'm not looking for their approval. I don't want them to think they have such input in my life. It's just really getting me down

So they see you and make the same comments that you make to yourself ... but they're the bad guys?0

To quote Rupaul, what other people think about you has nothing to do with you.
Focus on NSVs, your non-scale victories. Walk a little farther or faster. Try an exercise class like Zumba or kickboxing or swimming or pole dancing. Drink more water. Eat more fresh fruit.
You deserve to be happy & healthy in 2015—at any size.
Edited to add that my 2014 resolution was to be at least as kind to myself as I would to a stranger. It sounds naff (cheesy), but it's really, really hard to do! Negative self-talk, shame, and guilt are counterproductive. Try to treat yourself like a friend.

Who cares if they think you did it because of them... do it because of YOU!!! not necessarily to hit a certain number on the scale or a certain size... but to be as healthy as possible!0
