Yep, I blew it totally Christmas Day.
Then overdid it a bit on the 26th and 27th. Back on track today, Sunday the 28th.
I really have done so well, I hate it that I ate everything in sight on Christmas Day; but I knew I would. Just too much around, not at home, with family and friends. I know I will be fine. Just don't want to step on the scales. I will wait until tomorrow. Maybe it won't be so bad. Let's hope.
