Hi Im Tylee, I gave birth to my first child in October 2014 and am now ready to shed the 15+kgs I put on. I started the 'Brazilian Butt Lift' home workout 2 days ago but will start tracking from today. i'm also breastfeeding so if anyone has any tips on how to lose weight without drying up, that would be great ☺

Hi Tylee, welcome to MFP I believe there are some small groups for new mothers that might be able to help you out regarding breastfeeding. I do know you need to be adding more cals in for it so you might want to check that out too. I believe it's 300? Double check for sure though with a new Mum.0
