This time it's for real!
Before I got pregnant with my youngest I had just lost 35lbs and was 157 and running several miles a day. This past year I have gained 40lbs and I'm up to 240. I feel like I'm too fat to exercise, but I know I have to start somewhere.
Looking for friends so we can encourage each other along the way!

Good for you! Yes, must start somewhere. You're not too fat to exercise (although I know the feeling). I'm inspired by a friend of mine who lost 60+ pounds and her exercise was daily walking. Best wishes to you in this! Becky0
