Hi There,
My name is Jen (Faithwalker)...I just finished a 20 pound/5 week challenge and did not make it. I ended up losing 15 total. I started to think about Weight Watchers for the accountability of weigh in...because that works for me. I want to lose 15 more pounds. I joined LA Fitness again and am back on track. I ate pretty much anything I wanted the last two weeks...post challenge (which was pretty strict and clean eating with fasting on Sundays). I feel so NOT INTO the whole points thing at Weight Watchers...so tedious. HELP!!! I need some motivation and advice on where to focus my time and money to meet my goals.
