I have been on MyFitness for about a month trying to keep track of my eating and exercise. I am off to a rocky start, not staying within calorie guidelines, and skipping exercise. So I am not losing weight. I think this contact with others will help. I am doing the 20 lbs. off by Easter challenge; my ultimate goal is to be at 150 by this time next year.
