Blergh!

Not gunna lie - I've indulged too much the last few weeks and it's showing on the scales :( which then makes me sad and depressed which in turn makes me eat more!! How do I break this vicious circle??? I'm starting a 10 week program on the 3rd of January and I think I'm using that as an excuse to eat crap food... Feeling nothing but hate for myself right now :'(

    first don't hate yourself.....love yourself
    second why wait until the 3rd. start now making better choices
    third forgive yourself...then forget it wipe the slate clean and move on..don't beat yourself up. we all make mistakes, bad choices.
    Fourth....find something positive to say to yourself so that you smile.

    That circle your gonnna break today I know you will!
