When do you weigh next?

Mine is tomorrow (Tuesday) morning, which covers the week just gone. I haven’t gone totally nuts, but I have (hopefully) overestimated my calories and I am prepared to have gained 2lb. Any more than that and I’ll be annoyed with myself.

I never overdo new year anyway, regardless of dieting, etc, so the coming week shouldn’t be an issue for me but it’s my 40th the following week so I am going to prepare for another 1lb gain, just in case.

As a worst-case scenario that’d make 3lb gained over the festive period and whilst any lb gained is a lb in the wrong direction I reckon I usually gain a good 6-7lb at this time of year (and historically I never make any provision to lose them again in the new year so it always just stays on me), so I will allow myself this.

I'm weighing next on 1/1 to start my diet bet challenge. So far I may have gained a pound but my inches are either the same or smaller than before the holidays so I'm not too worried.

1/1 - I weighed 2 weeks ago and had lost a pound, but wasn't planning on taking any action on the small (4lb) gain I had while recovering from a broken leg.

Normally, I weigh every day just to stay on track but only log once a week. I'm going to step away from the scale this week so my next weigh in will be 01/05!

I weigh myself every Sunday morning so my next time weighing will be January 4th.
