What does it mean?????

Good Morning!!!! Another Beautiful day...Yeahhh Yeahhh!!!!! Just did 30 min walk. Worked up a good sweat!!!!! Side bar...can anyone tell me what this means at the bottom of my food diary, it reads "If I eat like this I will weigh 15st 9 lbs in 5 weeks? I have not figured it out.

    It just means that, based on only this one day, you are theoretically eating at a calorie deficit that would result in a certain amount of weight loss after 5 weeks. It, of course, doesn't take into account all the various ways in which your body doesn't lose or gain precisely according to a formula or whether this is a healthy rate of loss.

    I once had a very low calorie day (experiment with intermittent fasting) and it calculated a ridiculous weight loss as if I would keep that up for five solid weeks.

    I wouldn't take it as gospel that you are on track to lose like it says, but you could just consider it a confirmation that you are in a losing mode, assuming all your entries are accurate.
