I was just going to post something similar. I am looking into tracking macros and carb cycling, however, I am looking for input on the actual split.0

What are you looking to achieve? Weight loss? If so, the only requirement is a sufficient caloric deficit. Doesn't matter how you get yourself there... (obviously minimal fat and protein requirements should be met for health and hormonal reasons)0
