New to MFP

Hi. 59 year old male here. I plan on using this Web site though 2015 to keep track of my fitness progress. I have been working out for over a year, yet have slacked-off over the past 30 days and gained 8 lbs over the holiday. I am into cardio and weights. I'd like to find friends who (seriously) plan on getting in shape for 2015 and to can keep me motivated and visa versa.
