Any workaholics out there?

In April my husband and I purchased a retail business, since then I have put on over 20 lbs. I've been working 14 hour days 6 days per week, (majority of that time is bookwork and computer work) and my diet has mostly consisted of garbage food and eating out on my day off when we do our running for the store. As I'm getting a better grasp of the day-to-day running of the store, I feel I am now able to get my life & diet back on track. Yesterday was spent meal prepping, after a much needed work out! We are soon hiring an employee to work 2-3 shifts per week so I can get my workouts in. (Needless to say-I'm a bit excited! haha)
I'm looking for weight loss journey buddies who have similar schedules! Needing advice and tips on fitting fitness, meal prep, and family time into busy schedules....
