just want to loose 3inches of belly

Hi i consume 1100-1200 calories.
And burn about 300 calories with jogging and cardio. I dnt take sugar or fats. And eat bran bread , egg, tea. 4-5 cups of green tea..
Fruits like apple and oranges.
Glas of milk

Oven bread. And curry.. In lunch and same in dunner. Is it enough or am not eating enough?? I am 27 male 5'10" around 70kg.
