Do you add strength training to your workouts? If not I highly recommend it. It's great for getting you results... tighten, tone and rev up your metabolism!!!
What do you do?

I weight lift. Used to do calisthenics when I used to do boxing.

Weight lifting and calisthenics are great for reducing your body fat% (thus, showing good "toned" and "tightened" figure).

I know it increases your metabolism but (from my understanding) it isn't as big of a difference as people think. Your main source of metabolism increase is eating good amount of calories and most folks who strength train consume them.
