1000 miles in 2015. Think this sounds like a lot or unachievable? It is not! In fact it is very doable for all levels.

1000 mile in 1 year breaks out to:

Daily = 2.73 miles (less than 10000 steps a day)
Weekly = 19.2 miles a week
Monthly = 83.3 miles a month

There are no rules on how you get these miles in. Walk, run, hike, snowshoe, etc, this group is really just about getting up and get moving.
