Hi, I'm Sarah and I'm 29. I spend too much time obsessing over tv shows and video games and not enough time off my bum. After quitting smoking 2 years ago, I gained 30 pounds, sigh. I've tried several times to lose the weight and just when I start making progress...something happens (Netflix releases a new season of something I love, joking, lol) and I lose motivation. Also, I have rheumatoid arthritis that I was diagnosed with when I was 16 that doesn't also cooperate with the desire to exercise. But I'm tired of starting over.

I friended you! Netflix instant play is the most evil thing to happen to my butt, I feel your pain! "Ok, this is the last episode!" episode ends, reach to turn it off but new episode starts anyways "oooh well, since it's already on.... I guess I'll watch this last one" rinse, repeat.0

Thanks, misswhitney1! Netflix is like any good junk food, one is never enough...did I mention I have a horrible habit of over consuming more than just television?0
