Nutrition & Training when in a deficit....

Looking for some good information, be it general, specific, or in between in regards to recommended macros/micros/general nutrition and training programs when in a caloric deficit.
A little background... I'm currently doing my first controlled bulk, started a little over 7 weeks ago - eating 3400 cals/day and I am currently +11lbs. (up to 185!). My goal is 195-200 lbs by mid feb, and then I would like to do a gradual cut, with minimal loss to my strength/size gains. From your experience, how many calories in a deficit should I shoot for and how long should I expect to cut? Also, are there any training programs you would recommend?
Thanks,
Shane

Yes, these are geared towards athletes in particular, but there will be some good ideas that you can pull from there as there are many common themes.0 -
