Hi there
I've been on MFP for around 4 months now and my initial goal was to lose weight and body fat so that I could start work on getting lean when my home gym is built in January. Im about 5lbs from target weight at present mainly through calorie deficiency and cardio work so feel I'm I a decent shape to start seeing the benefits of weight training when I start.
I was wondering if anyone in the know could take a look at my food and exercise diary and let me know what changes you would recommend I should make. When I say 'lean' think brad Pitt in fight club, that's the look I'm aiming for... Aiming high I know, but having been overweight for so long I really want to prove to myself I can do it, or something even vaguely like it :-)
My gyms far from huge, it will have a treadmill, elliptical trainer, power rack and punch bag.
Any advice, particularly on diet would be really appreciated, as I'm pretty new to all this, and whilst I've managed the weight loss I'm less convinced I know what I'm doing when it comes to building muscle.
FYI - October, nov and first three weeks December are a better view of normal eating, Xmas purposely went a bit off. :-)
Thanks in advance for any help.
Cheers
Luke

Go to your settings and set your diary to public-- right now no one can see it. :flowerforyou:0
