Do you ever get tired of people saying "You carry your weight well."
Like how else am I supposed to carry it? I mean I understand its a compliment for you dont look like a complete and total slob but I feel like I cant possibly carry my weight well at over 200 at my height?
Sometimes I feel like its the only thing nice they can say to me because of my weight staying the same or in the past when I gained weight. And it bugs me. I dunno maybe its just me.

it means you carry it proportionately and that you dont look your weight.
Its no different than someone telling you that you age well/gracefully.
It doesnt mean oh congrats on not looking a hag, it means - you're fortunate to have genetics on your side.
take a compliment. dont look for attacks where there simply are none.0 -
I've been told that as well
i agree with them so I'm not really offended by it
