Hey Guys! After several weeks now of being off track, what with the holidays and everything, I really want to get back onto the wagon and kick start my weightloss off right. Before I went off track, I hit a plateau right at 200lbs, and was stuck there for months.
So, anyone have any tips for getting back to losing weight steadily?
Also, any tips to get over a plateau?!

Change things up a bit. Switch up your exercise, do something different, eat some different foods, but stay honest. Log accurately.

A plateau generally means you're eating more than you think. How do you measure your foods? How do you determine your exercise calories? How much of those do you eat back? Do you log everything?

New tennis shoes do it for me. They're so expensive I feel guilty not using them! I also change up my weight lifting a bit. Try some new moves. New recipes/snacks. I tend to be in a very big food rut, which usually works for me. Until it doesn't.
