What one do you have?

Which one is on your wish list?

I've been to Dick's Sporting Goods to look around and I've been browsing online on Amazon and my local Craigslist.
What would you recommend? I love walking but I've never owned a treadmill. Not looking for cheap but not looking for the most expensive either. :)

I have this one. It was on my amazon wish list for awhile and then I bought it when I found it on the local classifieds for half the price. I've had it for about a month now and go 2-4 miles 3/week. I like it so far!

Kind of depends on what you plan to do on it. If you're planning on just walking, most reasonably priced machines will be fine. If you're planning to run, you'll want a 60 inch deck, 3+ horsepower, and weight rated to 300+ pounds. I've got a ProForm 2000, and it seems to be a decent machine. I run for an hour and about 8 miles on it twice a week, and it seems to do fine.

Buy the best one you can afford. I've had a PaceMaster Silver for going on 10 years now and it's stood up well (it got used a lot earlier on but I run outside all year 'round now & my almost adult children still use it regularly)

Buy the best one you can afford but don't spend on silly bells and whistles like iPod integration. If it has it so be it. But it will be obsolete in six months lol.
