Shred

So I'm thinking about trying a shred. I've found this one

Has anyone tried it ^^

Should I start off on like a 30 shred as opposed to a 6 week one? Are they easy to stick to?

TIA

That looks like a diet plan? The 30 Day Shred is an exercise routine. Personally, I would stay away from gimmicky diets - just count your calories and eat at a deficit.

I typically stay away from things that say "Diet" and looks like a "program" of sort. Are you trying to lose weight because if so, you can basically just about eat anything and still lose weight (I eat ice cream daily and am still losing weight). Heres a thread that might be helpful.

For starters, don't worry about the macros just focus on the calories and staying under the calories after setting the proper number of calories

Dont waste your money on fad diet plans. Eat at a caloric deficit and you'll lose weight

Thanks everyone. I will pass on that shred!
I have been losing weight by staying under my cals and a bit of exercise.
Basically what I was looking for was a significant loss because I'm going away mid July and I'm going to a theme park and I want to be able to fit on the rides lol
But I shall just keep going with what I am doing.

    Thanks :-)
