Well I have always been overweight from high school n love my food so big meals were the norm in my house and I have 4 kids so wen I cooked there teas if was any left on plate I would eat it as hate to c waste.the changing point for me wen was hubby took me out for a run after nagging me for months to go I give in although was hardest 2 miles ever I loved it,I then joined a group on fb for runners and got loads of advice met lovely ppl then I started tracking food on Here although I admit I haven't been on Here for awhile I've still been running and eating right even over Xmas I've lost just over a stone feeling more confident want to lose maybe 3/4 stone more c how I feel
Loving the posts on here tho everyone is doing fab let's smash 2015 !
