10 to Go Group

Hi All. Still looking for members for this 2 month challenge to lose 10 pounds. For everyone that has already joined time is ticking down to the start date. I am thinking that we should all post our start weight and measurements (if you are comfortable with it of course), goal weight seems pretty self explanatory. Here is the first weeks exercise schedule

June 1- Rock it and shock it! 5 miles
June 2- Scrape yourself out of bed and get 2 miles in
June 3- Jillian Michaels 30 day shred
June 4- 3 miles
June 5- Rest
June 6- Jillian Michaels 30 day shred
June 7- 3 miles

I will post the link to the 30 day shred on YouTube on the Group Site. Again, don't care how you get the miles in. Walk, hike, run, bike, whatever you like.
