Eat for Abs

Hi all.

This is the first time I've posted, I was just looking for some advice and opinion.

I eat pretty healthily, my diet mainly consists of vegetables, eggs, fish and quorn and I exercise every day - I've been doing Insanity for three weeks now.

I've lost weight - about 11 pounds since January, which I'm really pleased about, but I can't seem to get rid of my belly fat or firm up my lower abs.

I do eat very well mainly, but I do have treats - lattes and cookies with my boyfriend sometimes. Could it be these tricks that are stopping my goals?

Would love to know what you all think - my diet is public, so if you want to look please do.
