Bamboo Steamer Ideas

So my hubby asked for a bamboo steamer for Christmas, and I've ended up obsessed with it, as food tastes so much better

I've done the usual steamed salmon, chicken and steamed veggies etc (finally al dente veg with actual flavour!!).

Just wondering if anyone else had nice recipes/meal ideas using a steamer or bamboo steamer.
