I recently signed up at My Fitness Plan so here is my intro. I am a 61 yo guy who loves running. I'm not here to achieve any specific goal but need a site to track my facts and figures on running and eating. I believe that recording everything keeps one on track. Health is my primary concern...I am healthy and want to stay that way. I run 5-7 miles a day and run many races of varying types. I have completed 8 marathons, 3 50K ultramarathons and about 70 other shorter races.
