Hey guys!
So I've noticed since I've been working out more for the past 3 weeks I've gained 2lbs (I know not a lot), but I also feel a lot more bloated. Do any of you know or have you heard of increased bloating if someone increased their workout? It's quite uncomfortable. I've been drinking plenty of water...and eating good foods.
Help?

Seems kind of odd.
You could just be drinking more as working out and not used to it and/or eating whole foods that are keeping you full.
Try spread your drinking out throughout the day, obviously increased during working out and work out which foods bloat you.
Also pay more attention to your fibre intake and try increasing it.
If you are taking any supplements like whey protein or creatine these could be the reason and whilst I expect your not, if you Were taking test or steroids in any form this would Increase water retention dramatically.
