so, i'm 20
i weight 64kg and my height is 165cm
and i'm planning to lose 8-10 kg by the middle of april
so, my goal weight is 53-55 kg
so, i have around 4 months to lose it

and this is my workout plan:
martial arts 1x a week
stationary bike 2 - 5 times a week, 1 hour each (let's say 2, because I will be really busy this semester and probably will only do 2 times a week)

and my meal will mostly be rice+veggies+a little bit of meat (p.s i know need meat for protein but, i can't eat too much meat, i don't really like it. i will vomit if i eat too much)

will I be able to reach my goal in time with this plan?
if u think no, please give me advice! i'm really new here!

How many calories are you eating? You need to ensure you are eating enough each day. Also, you need to properly measure your food which means a food scale as measuring cups are not accurate for food.

Eat at least 1200 (stay healthy this way), and at deficit and you'll lose.

Don't set a goal date. I did that (48 pounds in 9 months) and it didn't happen.

Also, you're already at a healthy weight and your goal will put you on the cusp of being underweight. It can take a long time to lose, and most likely you'll be better off doing a body recomposition plan including heavy weights.
