Hi my name is Judy I am 49 and trying to get back in shap. I use to workout a lot and ate really really health but in the last four years I have had triplets lost one of our baby and had too more loss with my mom and dad 18 months apart. I have noticed me being down alot and not taking care of myself the way I know I should. It is hard to find time with my two seviving trips my daughter and son that are 3 and 1/2 years old. But I want to be around for them and for them to see me health. Also starting to go throught the change and that doesn't help any.
