photo upload help

hi im trying to find my way around the profile page and my blog...is there anyway to upload a photo onto my blog page as i cant see anywhere that allows me to

It appears that a user's blog references the "Main" photo from your Profile page.
On the Web version, navigate to My Home > Profile > Edit Photos.
Use the browse to upload a photo from your computer.
Click Upload Photo.
Click Main Image (if necessary) to set the photo as your Main photo.

thank you for your help but what i wanted to do was to actually add a photo into my blog not to upload a profile photo

From the Customer Help desk, it seems you can't upload photos to your blog.
