This probably isn't the right topic forum, but I need help.
I synced my health app to mfp for tracking steps, and it shows [steps 200/calories 5]
Then I synced the pacer app instead and it shows [steps 200/calories 200]
I'm not sure which one I should be using because I don't want it to report false readings and then I think I have 200 extra calories to eat! Can anyone tell me why this is happening and which you think is correct. Thanks!

Neither seems correct but if I had to choose I would say the pacer app. Either way would really wouldnt suggest logging your steps into mfp. TDEE is much more accurate and it is much easier to follow because you have the same calorie level each day no matter what.0
