2015 Challenge

Hi all! My name is Chelsea, I got married in May of this year, and am living happily with my husband, step-son, and three dogs. I have always been a healthy eater, but have an issue with eating at my desk (I'm a receptionist) at work, and when I'm bored. It's not unhealthy stuff, but I snack all day. Not good. I have gained about 8-10 pounds in the last year, and would like to at least shed those pounds. I am not exactly new to My Fitness Pal, have used it in the past, but for short amounts of time. I would love for people to friend me and help keep me on track! Happy New Year to all!

    Hi Chelsea, I just sent you a friend request. I've been back since early December. Took much too long of a break from MFP. Glad that you decided to go the fitness route :) Look forward to sharing and supporting you on your goals.
