I NEED YOUR HELP!

hey there! I joined MFP about 2 years ago and I dropped a ton of weight. With the birth of my son I was able to drop all the baby weight while breastfeeding, but gained it all back once that stopped. I simply cannot deny any type of food. I just simply love it. I need to use MFP to my benefit and use it religiously and lose this weight quick and fast!!!!! if any of you can help me along the way that would be great!

    You don't have to deny yourself "any type of food." You just can't eat an unlimited amount of food. That's what MFP tracking is for -- so you can figure out how much food you can have and still lose. Most people will tell you it's not about losing "quick and fast" -- quick and fast is water weight at first, and then it's more lean body mass (muscle) than is necessary, when what you want is for the weight you lose to be mostly fat.

    Best of luck. You can do this, but you need to realize that it won't stay off if you look at the changes you make as temporary, and then resume eating the way you eat now after you've lost the weight. It will come back again.
