Looking for something more to supplement my exercise

In the past, when i was working out and losing weight i did my 30 min Jillian michaels followed by 20-30 minute walk/jog. This worked great for me and I intend on eventually being able to get back to that. However, I haven't worked out in a few months so im a bit out of shape again. I have restarted my jillian michaels this week and can already tell its harder now than it was before because I have to rebuild my endurance. My question is this, do you guys have any suggestions on what I can do in addition to the DVD to workout without pushing too hard just yet? After the DVD, i am kinda beat but at the same time i have this burst of energy i feel like I am wasting if i dont keep working out, but running or another high intensity DVD afterwards is too much for me right now. I'm looking for a less strenuous workout to do afterwards, maybe like a 20 minutes cooldown type of thing but that will still keep me moving. Any suggestions?

Aren’t you answering your own question? Sounds like you could just go on a 20 minute walk to cool down and burn that extra energy.
