Forgot to introduce my self

Totally forgot to introduce myself and have posted quite a bit already, but better late than never.

So I've known about MFP for a long time and used it a few times as well to try and lose a few excess pounds. It worked well but after the pounds were gone I stopped using it. Of course you all probably can guess what happened next. I gained 25lbs in less than a year. Putting myself at the heaviest I've ever been, and unfortunately it was mostly fat. I went to my cousin's wedding and then Disneyland after and took a lot of pictures. When I got back home I looked at them and couldn't believe how big I had gotten. This was around Christmas 2013 so I did the typical New Years thing and joined the gym. Unlike a lot of people I stuck with it even though I met a lot of failure because I didn't really have a good program. I was just lifting heavy things and putting them back. My diet was okay but not really helping me at all. So far I had lost about 10 lbs but still had a big beer gut and was what a lot might consider skinny fat. Well at some point I found a program and tried that for a bit but it was more designed for someone trying to pack on a lot of muscle quickly which was not my goal at the time. Eventually I decided I wanted to get strong dense muscle and preferably a six pack and I found Stronglifts 5x5 and started using MFP and doing intermittent fasting. At this point I have lost the 25 lbs originally gained plus 10 more to boot trying to get my BF% into the single digits. I have 5 lbs left and I am seeing more and more ab definition every week.

Afterwards my goal is to put 10 lbs of lean muscle on over the course of 2015 and see how that looks and go from there.
