Hey does anyone know how many calories Hip Hop Abs Total Body Burn burns?

You should ask someone with a ripped set of abs if this is the video they used and how many calories they tracked.

make sure to ask someone who has the results you want though, cause if you ask someone who doesn't have abs, they probably just didn't use the video right, and you want to speak to someone who used it to successfully get the body they wanted.

Or better yet, find someone who has the abs you want, and ask them which 30 day video they used, instead.
