I am back and would love some newbie ( or Vet ) companions to join me in my journey. I've done every weight loss technique out there and I'm always in it and dedicated and then I slowly fade away. I need accountability. I'm looking to be comfortable in my own skin and to get my self confidence that I once had back. I've NEVER been at a healthy weight.. I've been near close and I'm kicking myself for taking a step in the WRONG direction.

I have a desk job ( a medical coder/auditor ) and surrounded by people who LOVE food .. I have a ten year old daughter who is active in competitive cheer with a busy schedule and a boyfriend who has two kids ( 6,8 ) . All of those in my household have no desire to eat the " diet food " or try new things but that's not to say that this battle cannot be won.. its just a struggle I face :-) Id like to lose approx. 90 lbs . That would be my ultimate goal!!

I plan on doing home work outs.. no gym time/money for me. Leslie Sansone, Jillian Michaels, any other workouts that are great im willing to try. I DO live in an apartment on the 3rd floor so no jumping jacks inside lol

Put helmets on the kids and have them ride bikes while you run/walk. You can do intervals also. Slow and steady wins the race.
