What should I set my nutrition goals at for weight loss

I am dong 1200 calories a day and need to loose 65 more lbs. What should I set my Protein, Fat & Carb precentages at - my current weight is 244 and I am 5 foot 9

    I find that 30-40% protein is the best % to focus on 35protein, 40carbs, 25fat.
    And you should have a look in the forums about cal limits - Safer to be at your BMR amount and not a default 1200 amount :)
