Advice on weight

Hello. I'm a college student, small frame, 5'4", and I'm going to admit it I hate to work out. I like being active, but I'm busy with school, and Im not able to pursue many outdoor activities.
Last year I went over 140 pounds... The heaviest I have been. I went on Atkins and now I'm 118, and I'm relatively okay with my body. But I still have some unwanted fat on my stomach, which I've been told is "healthy" for women. I really don't believe this.
So I'm thinking about loosing another 7 pounds for a New Years resolution so I'm down to about 111. I'm small framed, and although I'm curvy I feel like I could definitely lose some fat.
What do you guys think?? Thanks!

That's great weight loss! I love Atkins. How long did it take you to lose the weight? I would incorporate some abdominal exercises. According to your height you shouldn't need to drop anymore than 111 lbs.

Focus on your diet and incorporate some walking and strength based exercises - you'll get a more defined shape0

Thank you guys so much!! It took me about 3 months to loose 20 lbs and I've gone down a few more pounds since. What type of ab workouts would you suggest?0
